2. Health and dental information
Some information you provide — such as dental photographs, X-rays, treatment history, or relevant medical history — may be considered sensitive personal information.
We collect this information only because it is reasonably necessary to understand your dental concern, prepare for your consultation, provide professional advice, fulfil your request, and provide any follow-up care you ask us to provide.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. Where necessary, they may process information on servers located outside India. We expect our service providers to implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a competent authority, or where necessary to protect our legal rights or comply with professional obligations.
6. WhatsApp communication
Some bookings, consultation confirmations, and DocPrint orders continue through WhatsApp after you submit a request.
When you choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We use WhatsApp only to communicate regarding the consultation, order, or enquiry that you initiated.
Please avoid sharing information that is unrelated to your dental concern.
7. Data storage and security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
These measures include restricting access to consultation records to authorised persons, using secure website connections where available, limiting access to health information, and maintaining appropriate security practices for the services we provide.
Despite these safeguards, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your information has been accessed or disclosed without authorisation, please contact us promptly.

Generally:
- consultation records, photographs, and X-rays are retained in accordance with applicable professional and legal record-keeping requirements;

- newsletter subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Where you request deletion of your information, we will honour your request unless we are legally or professionally required to retain it.
