We collect your photos and X-rays only so Dr. Apoorva can understand your concern for this consultation. They are kept with your consultation record for 3 years, as dental record rules require. They are never used for marketing. To ask for a copy or to have them deleted, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page.
About your virtual consultation
Limitations of a virtual consultation
A virtual consultation is intended for general guidance and preliminary assessment. It is not a substitute for an in-person dental examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
When an in-person visit may be needed
Some concerns can't be reliably assessed online, for example, conditions needing a physical exam, clinical tests, or imaging. If this applies to you, Dr. Sharma will recommend in-person care.
Approximate duration
Most consultations take around 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the complexity of your concern.
What happens after
Your exact appointment time is confirmed over WhatsApp. After the consultation, Dr. Sharma will share her assessment and recommended next steps, including a referral for in-person care if needed.

Questions about the online consultation
How much does an online dental consultation cost?
The consultation costs ₹200. You pay it securely through Razorpay before you send your booking. It covers one video call of about 15 to 20 minutes.
What happens on the call?
Dr. Apoorva goes through your concern with you on video. She reads your quiz answers and form before the call. She then shares her assessment and the next steps she recommends.
Can I send photos or X-rays?
Yes. You can upload up to 3 X-rays and up to 5 photos in the booking form. This step is optional. Sharing them helps Dr. Apoorva understand your concern more clearly.
Can you prescribe medicine online?
Dr. Apoorva can give advice and guidance on care at home, including over-the-counter options where suitable. Some problems need an examination before any medicine is advised. In that case, she will recommend an in-person visit.
Is this for emergencies?
No. Online consultations are not suitable for dental emergencies. If you have severe pain, swelling, bleeding that will not stop, or trouble breathing or swallowing, go to a dental clinic or hospital straight away.
What if I need treatment?
The call ends with treatment recommendations and clear next steps. Some concerns need a physical exam, tests or imaging. If so, Dr. Apoorva will recommend in-person care and can refer you.
