Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 27 June 2026

Printed DocPrints are physical products that are dispatched and delivered by courier. This page explains how dispatch and delivery work, who is responsible at each stage, and what to do if something goes wrong.

This policy applies to printed DocPrint orders, including bulk print orders. Digital DocPrints are delivered instantly online and are not covered by this page.

1. Dispatch timelines

Once your printed DocPrint order is confirmed and payment is successful, we typically dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. This time is used to prepare, print, and pack your order with care.

Bulk print orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, depending on the quantity ordered. If a larger order is likely to take longer than usual, we'll let you know over WhatsApp or email after you place it.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your location within India. Metro and urban areas are generally faster; remote or rural pincodes may take a little longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times depend on your courier partner and local conditions, and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, regional disruptions, or courier delays.

Tracking: once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details over WhatsApp or email so you can follow its progress.

3. Courier responsibility

We hand over printed orders to trusted third-party courier partners for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier:

  • the courier is responsible for safe transit and timely delivery to the address provided;
  • we will assist you in following up with the courier if there's a delay, but the courier's own service timelines and conditions apply;
  • we are not responsible for delays caused solely by the courier once the package has left our hands, though we will always help you track down and resolve the issue.

4. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address and pincode before completing your order — orders are shipped exactly as provided at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your address shortly after placing an order, contact us immediately at mindyourmolars@gmail.com and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address, and any reshipping or redelivery charges arising from an incorrect address provided by you will need to be borne by you.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

5. Damaged deliveries

We pack every order carefully, but if your DocPrint arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective due to printing or transit, we'll make it right.

Note: as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, damaged or defective prints are eligible for a free replacement — but printed DocPrints are otherwise non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, please check it as soon as it's delivered and let us know promptly — ideally within 7 days of delivery.

6. Replacement process

To request a replacement for a damaged or defective delivery:

  • email us at mindyourmolars@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order;
  • include your order details (name, order date, items ordered) and a clear photo showing the damage or defect;
  • once we've reviewed and confirmed the issue, we'll arrange a replacement print to be dispatched to you at no additional cost.

Replacements are issued for genuine damage or printing defects only, and are handled on a case-by-case basis. This process does not apply to refunds for correctly delivered orders or changes of mind after an order has been placed.
