- use the website only for lawful purposes connected with your own dental care, your clinic, or a person for whom you are authorised to act;
- upload only photographs, X-rays, or information that are relevant to the dental concern you are raising;
- not attempt to interfere with the security, functioning, or availability of the website;
- not copy, scrape, or reproduce website content for commercial redistribution without our written permission;
- not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any clinic, organisation, or individual.
We may suspend or refuse access to the website or our services where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including articles, guides, illustrations, graphics, the Mind Your Molar name and logo, page layouts, and DocPrint designs — is owned by Dr. Apoorva Sharma or used under licence, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share website content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content, branding, or DocPrint designs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
4. Consultation limitations
Virtual consultations offered through this website are intended to provide general dental guidance, preliminary assessment, and advice on next steps. They are not a substitute for an in-person dental examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The quality of advice given depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information, photographs, and history you provide.
- Some conditions cannot be reliably assessed without an in-person examination, clinical tests, or imaging; where this is the case, we will advise you to seek in-person care.
- Virtual consultations do not include prescription of medication where applicable law requires an in-person examination, and do not cover dental emergencies requiring immediate physical intervention.
- If you are experiencing a dental emergency — such as severe pain, swelling, trauma, or uncontrolled bleeding — please seek in-person emergency care immediately rather than relying on a virtual consultation.
By booking a virtual consultation, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that any advice provided is general in nature and based on the information available at the time.
5. Payment terms
Fees for virtual consultations, DocPrints, and bulk orders are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) on the website at the time of booking or ordering.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your complete card, UPI, or banking details.
- A booking or order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by Razorpay.
- Prices may be revised from time to time; the price displayed at the time of your booking or order will apply to that transaction.
- For DocPrint orders, applicable shipping charges (where relevant) will be shown separately before checkout.
6. Cancellations and refunds
We understand that plans can change. The following applies to cancellations and refunds:
- Virtual consultations: you may reschedule or cancel a booked consultation by contacting us with reasonable notice before the scheduled time. Refunds for cancellations made with reasonable notice will be processed to the original payment method.
- DocPrints (digital downloads): as these are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where the file is found to be defective or undeliverable.
- DocPrints (printed copies) and bulk orders: cancellations are accepted only before the order has entered production or dispatch. Once an order has been printed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the case of a printing defect or shipping damage.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Mind Your Molar and Dr. Apoorva Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, virtual consultations, or DocPrint materials;
- we are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you;
- we are not liable for delays, errors, or failures arising from third-party services we rely on, including Razorpay, WhatsApp, Brevo, our hosting provider, or courier and delivery partners;
- our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms, and any matter arising from your use of this website or our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms or our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly so we can try to resolve the matter informally and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may refer the matter to arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
10. Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution process above, the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not resolved through arbitration or informal resolution.
11. Force majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, courier or postal disruptions, government action, pandemics, strikes, or other events of force majeure. Affected obligations will be performed as soon as reasonably possible once the relevant circumstance has been resolved.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. When significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
