Effective date: 24 June 2026 · Mind Your Molar (mindyourmolar.com), operated by Dr. Apoorva Sharma
This policy explains what information Mind Your Molar collects when you use this website, book a consultation, order a DocPrint, or sign up for updates, and what happens to that information afterward. Dental health is personal, and some of what you might share with us, like photos of your teeth or an X-ray, is sensitive. We have tried to write this in plain language, the same way we try to write everything else on this site.

Some of what you share with us, like X-ray images, photos of your teeth or gums, and details about your dental or medical history, counts as sensitive personal health information. We collect this only because it helps Dr. Apoorva understand your concern before your consultation, not for any other purpose.
Important: Anything you submit through the consultation form or share over WhatsApp is used solely to prepare for and conduct your consultation, and to provide any follow-up care you ask for. We do not sell, rent, or use this information for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside of what is described in this policy.
We ask that you only upload X-rays or photos that are relevant to your dental concern, and that you avoid including any unrelated personal documents.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your dental concern, medical history, or images for marketing, and we do not share them with advertisers.
All payments on this website, whether for a consultation, a branded DocPrint, or a bulk print order, are processed through Razorpay. When you pay, you are directed to Razorpay's secure payment gateway, and your card, UPI, or net banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy and security practices. Mind Your Molar does not receive or store your full payment card details at any point.
We receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with the amount and the order it relates to, so we can fulfil your booking or order.
To run this website and the services on it, we rely on a small number of trusted third parties:
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data, and we encourage you to review them if you would like more detail.
Several parts of this website, including consultation bookings and DocPrints orders, hand off to WhatsApp so Dr. Apoorva can confirm details with you directly. When you do this, you are starting a conversation on WhatsApp, which is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this one. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about the booking, order, or request you initiated.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting who has access to consultation details, X-rays, and photographs to Dr. Apoorva and anyone directly involved in providing your care. No method of storing or transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you ever believe your information has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
This website may use basic cookies and similar technologies to help it function properly and to understand, in general terms, how visitors use the site. These do not include sensitive information like your dental history or images. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
We keep consultation details, X-rays, and photographs for as long as reasonably needed to provide your care and any necessary follow-up, and as required to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations as a dental practice. Newsletter sign-up details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in Section 10, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it for legal or professional reasons.
You can ask us, at any time, to:
To make any of these requests, email us at the address in Section 13. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Some of our content and DocPrints relate to children's dental health, and a parent or guardian may book a consultation or request information on behalf of a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without appropriate parental involvement, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as the website's features change. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
